Shipping Costs & Times

All shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. You will have the possibility to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchasing page. Orders placed are normally shipped within 24/48 working hours following the order. If If the item(s) are not available, or are in production, shipping may take longer. In this case an email will be sent to the buyer for the aforementioned communication.

Shipments outside Italy but within the EU can take up to 7 working days for delivery. Shipments to non-EU countries may instead take over 2 weeks.

As soon as the package is delivered to the courier you will receive a Tracking number which will provide you with details on the delivery situation. For shipments outside Italy we collaborate with couriers such as DHL, FedEx, for Italy we use the couriers SDA, GLS or Bartolini.

We do not ship with cash on delivery.


1. The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as soon as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who assume responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the data provided for shipping (always check that they are correct).

2. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for delivery of the goods or for their replacement.

3. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by telephone or email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents. Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number. In some cases the shipment will be collected directly by one of our partner couriers. Refunds are possible by the shipping company if the shipment is insured.

Departure shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable. The entire order or part of it will be refunded after arriving at our warehouse and after having ascertained the malfunction or other manufacturing defect. As already reported in Terms and Conditions the responsibility lies with the customer/recipient once the order is shipped.
